Acura Total Luxury Care Roadside Assistance Program
Trip Routing
Acura owners can request a FREE detailed trip routing package.
Includes:
- Computerized itinerary
- Dealer locations
- Destination stop(s) providing scenic route or the quickest and most convenient path
- Which highways to use, including route numbers and type of highway
- The number of miles between junctions and destinations, and a running total of miles traveled
- The number of miles to be traveled on each highway
- Projected driving time between stops and total projected driving time
Trip Interruption
Trip Interruption benefits are available in the case of mechanical disablement
- The vehicle must be disabled 100 miles or more away from the Acura owner's primary residence
- Reimbursement consideration is for expenses incurred during the first three days following the disablement
- The total Trip Interruption benefit is $900 - $300 per day for three days
- Reasonable expenses for food, lodging and alternate transportation such as rental vehicle and/or commercial transportation are covered
- Costs for reunitinng the Acura owner with the vehicle are included in the total $900 maximum benefit
Trip Continuation Services
Acura owners can request trip continuation services via 1-800-594-8500. Customers pay for any services arranged through the trip continuation benefit.
