Round Trip: Pick up and Delivery guidelines within Dade County Only:

There is a $50 Round Trip fee for all vehicles serviced with 2 hours or greater of invoiced Service labor. Loaner vehicles will be provided as available and will be available for immediate pick up upon completion of service work labor.*

One Way Trip: Delivery guidelines within Dade County Only:

There is a $30 Pick up or Delivery fee for all vehicles serviced with 2 hours or more of invoiced Service labor. Loaner vehicles will be provided as available and will be available for immediate pick up upon completion of service work labor.*

*Pick up and delivery times where a loaner vehicle has been provided will be within the hours of 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM / Time for Pick up and delivery of vehicle will be confirmed via text between Dealer and Client /Owners and estimated time of pick up or delivery will be given at that time by dealer.

Prior to dispatching the pick up or delivery of a Service vehicle, Client / Owner must provide dealer with following information:

  1. A Credit Card pre-authorization for tolls and fuel for the use of the loaner. Click Here Ask Service Adviser for invoice number. (Invoice number requested for online pay)
  2. A copy of a valid U.S Drivers License.
  3. Proof of current Full coverage auto Insurance for the vehicle being serviced.

In the event the before-mentioned information is not provided the scheduled Pick up and delivery of the Owner / Client service vehicle will be cancelled.

Client / Owner of vehicle must be present at the time of pick up and delivery and acknowledge that he or she agrees with terms and conditions outlined by Esserman International Vehicle Service Loaner Agreement at the time of Pick up and delivery.

Dealer is not responsible to Owner / Client for the cost of any fuel expended as a result from driving the vehicle back and forth from customer’s home or office and the dealership.

Owner/ Client is responsible for the cost of fuel to replenish the fuel used in the loaner including but not limited to any toll charges incurred.
